You hope he'll like it, but, you have extra 15 min....So You open an original picture in AE in one composition and in another composition add two little mov files with animated textures, which you recently downloaded from our Downloads Section
For colorful mov file you use a luma from w/b mov file and get a plant with transparent background.
Now you can place this plant into the first composition near a column. Not enough. So you duplicate it as much as necessary, make scaling and mirroring and place your duplicates near other columns.
You choose an original picture as parent for other layers and make short animation with movement and zoom. In the same way you use a people moving images.
Sure it's not a video, but your client will like this. Let him ask why the water isn't moving. In that point you'll tell him that this is not a video, but, if he likes the idea he can pay for a full video etc. That's all.
